Vendor Arrival Windows

  • 7:30 – 8:00 AM — Orange (38-49) and Green (50-53) vendors may unload via the gravel lot before trucks arrive.
  • 8:00 – 8:30 AM — Blue vendors (1-25) may park behind their booth in the grass.
  • 8:30 – 9:00 AM — Yellow vendors (26-37) unload at the cul-de-sac before the road closes at 9:15 AM.
